Controller

meinhaufen is provided by UCEQ DE GmbH, Marienplatz 7, 93354 Siegenburg, Germany. UCEQ DE GmbH, represented by Ben Immanuel Kaniß, is the controller for personal data processing within our area of responsibility. Contact: mail@meinhaufen.com.

Scope

This notice covers the meinhaufen website and contact with us. It describes the current state of the website. Software, customer accounts or digital products offered in future may require additional privacy notices.

Visiting the website

To deliver the website, the technical infrastructure processes your IP address and technical request information in particular. This may include the time, requested address, and browser and device information. Processing to provide and secure the website is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable and secure operation. Any additional logging and retention periods must be specified based on the hosting configuration.

Hosting & sign-in

This website is provided through Sites at a chatgpt.site address. Access may require signing in through the hosting platform. The platform provider may also process data for its own purposes. Its privacy notices apply additionally to that processing. The precise provider entity, data protection roles, other recipients and any processors still need to be confirmed.

Cookies & local storage

The page code contains no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies. It uses local browser storage to remember your acknowledgement of the cookie notice for 180 days. This record contains only a version number and the time of acknowledgement; it is not transmitted to us. It can be removed by clearing your browser storage. Technically necessary storage or cookies used by the hosting and sign-in platform are separate; their actual scope and legal bases still need to be checked.

Images, fonts & social media

Images and fonts are delivered with the website or embedded directly. The page code does not embed external font services, social media feeds or social media tracking scripts. The social media icons are not currently configured as active connections to social networks.

Contact by email or phone

When you contact us, we process the contact details you provide and the content of your enquiry to respond to it. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries concerning a contract with you. Other enquiries are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is handling and answering your enquiry. You decide what information to provide. Without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to handle your enquiry.

Recipients & transfers

Hosting, email and telecommunications providers may process data as part of technical delivery and communication. The specific providers and any other recipients must be added based on the contracts. Whether data is processed outside the European Economic Area and the applicable safeguards still need to be confirmed; processing exclusively within Europe is not guaranteed here.

Retention

Enquiries should be retained only as long as necessary to handle them and, where relevant, perform the contract. Statutory retention duties or the necessary establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer retention. Specific deletion periods for contact communications, platform data and server logs still need to be checked against actual procedures.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect; processing before withdrawal remains unaffected. To exercise your rights, contact mail@meinhaufen.com.

Right to object

Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving specific reasons. The current page code does not perform direct marketing or profiling.

Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you normally reside, work or suspect an infringement (Article 77 GDPR). For private-sector organisations in Bavaria, you may contact the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

Automated decisions

The reviewed page code contains no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects and no profiling. Headline changes and the loading screen run locally in the browser; the page code does not send these interactions to an analytics service.

Version & outstanding information

As of 29 September 2026. This version is not yet complete: the hosting provider entity and roles, actual log data and deletion periods, email provider, possible international transfers and safeguards, and any appointed data protection officer must be confirmed and added. These details cannot reliably be determined from the page code alone.
